PrimeIPTV Player is a player for content sources you supply. This policy covers the PrimeIPTV website, Windows player, Android and Android TV app. Last updated: October 19, 2026.
If you create or sign in to a PrimeIPTV account, we process your email address, account ID, email-verification status and subscription status. Authentication credentials are submitted to Firebase Authentication; the app keeps session information on your device to maintain your login.
Premium activation also processes a randomly generated installation identifier, its server-side hash, device label, platform and registration or access-check times. These records let you manage access on up to five devices. This identifier is not an advertising ID.
Website sign-up may use ip2c.org to estimate your country from your network IP address and store the country with your account. That lookup service receives your network request. This is country-level information, not precise GPS location.
We use these records to provide account access, activate and restore purchases, prevent misuse and provide support. Your PrimeIPTV account is separate from your IPTV provider login.
Android purchases use Google Play Billing. Website purchases use PayPal. We process product and plan details, transaction or order identifiers, purchase status, subscription expiry and Google Play purchase tokens where needed to verify, restore and maintain your access. We do not receive your full payment-card or bank details.
Account verification, purchase confirmations and support messages may be processed by our email provider, Resend. Support mail may be forwarded to Google Gmail for support handling. If you contact support or request linking an older purchase, we process your email, message, request reference and purchase evidence you choose to provide. Account and purchase notifications may also be sent to the account administrator.
IPTV server details, playlist credentials, favorites, settings and viewing progress are stored locally to provide player features. They are not uploaded by the PrimeIPTV account or licensing service. You can remove saved sources and local history using the player controls or your device app-data controls.
Playing a stream, loading a playlist or guide, and fetching artwork or fonts sends requests to the provider, image host or font service involved. Those services receive network information such as your IP address and the request details needed to respond. Their own policies apply. Some IPTV connections use unencrypted HTTP; do not assume provider credentials or streams are encrypted.
PrimeIPTV does not sell IPTV subscriptions or supply channels, films or series. You are responsible for having permission to access the sources you add.
We use Google Firebase Authentication, Firestore and Cloud Functions for account and license operations, Google Play for Android billing, PayPal for website billing, Resend for email, and Netlify for website hosting. These providers process information needed to operate and secure their services, including service or network logs, under their own privacy policies. Access to account and purchase records is restricted to authorized services and administration. PrimeIPTV account and purchase-verification requests use HTTPS.
The current Windows and Android app releases do not serve ads and do not integrate the AdMob advertising SDK. They do not use Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics/Crashlytics SDKs for app tracking. Managing an AdMob account does not activate advertising in the player. Any future advertising or additional data collection will require updated disclosures and any consent required before activation.
The website uses Umami to understand aggregate page use and download-button events. It also includes a Google Ads tag for advertising and conversion measurement, such as sign-up events. Google may process network and browser information and use cookies or identifiers according to browser settings, consent settings where available, and its own policies. Google Fonts may supply fonts requested by the app or website. Website hosting and measurement services process request information to deliver and measure the site; this is separate from your local viewing history. These website tags are not an AdMob SDK in the Android player.
We also keep aggregate daily Windows installer-request counts, separating website downloads and app updates. That counter does not store customer accounts, IP addresses, cookies, viewing titles or individual download histories. Counts do not prove completed installations or unique people.
Windows only: when basic app activity sharing is enabled in Settings / App & updates, we store your account ID, installed app version, platform, reported app-opening count, first and latest reported opening, and most recent connection time to assist support. A main-app opening counts once per signed-in account; video changes, separate player windows and periodic connections are not new openings. Approximately 16-minute connection reports continue separately. Offline, signed-out or unreported use is not reconstructed. This does not report viewing titles, channels, playlist URLs or IPTV credentials.
Limited account verification, purchase-status, app-opening and aggregate download-request notifications may be delivered to the administrator through Telegram. These may include your PrimeIPTV account email or identifier and the relevant version, counter or transaction reference, but never payment-card details, purchase tokens, IPTV passwords or viewing content. Telegram processes messages under its own policies.
You can turn activity sharing off in Settings. This stops future app-opening and connection reports; contact us to request deletion of stored activity. Temporary notification/deduplication records are scheduled for deletion after 30 days; automatic deletion may take additional processing time. Aggregate session totals remain until deletion is requested or your account is removed. Administrator notification copies may remain in Telegram until deleted there. Android and Android TV do not use this Windows activity feature.
We keep account, device and support records for providing the service and handling security or support needs. Limited payment and anti-fraud records may be retained after account deletion for receipts, accounting, disputes and preventing purchase reuse. Retention depends on the record and the applicable obligation; we do not promise immediate deletion of financial records.
Delete your PrimeIPTV account in Android Settings > PrimeIPTV Account > Delete PrimeIPTV account, or use https://primeiptv.app/delete-account. Confirm your password and type DELETE. Account cleanup normally completes within 24 hours and removes your login, profile email, registered devices and associated activity and email-delivery records. Raw Google purchase tokens are removed as account cleanup processes those records. Contact contact@primeiptv.app if you need assistance.
Deletion is permanent and removes account-linked access. It does not issue a refund, cancel Google Play renewal, delete your IPTV provider account or automatically clear local playlists and viewing history on every device. Cancel unwanted renewals in Google Play separately and manage local player data on the relevant device.
PrimeIPTV Player is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
You can manage registered devices, sign out, request account deletion and, on Windows, disable optional activity sharing. For privacy questions, access or correction requests, and support, contact contact@primeiptv.app.
